Barak chose to install FOX Tabesto kiosks in both its establishments, a TPE-free model to modernize the ordering experience and simplify maintenance. The manager particularly appreciated:
Integration with Zelty and Zerosix
Thekiosks are fully connected to the Zelty cash register system, the heart of Barak's operation, and to the Zerosix loyalty program. The menu is managed directly from the till, and orders are automatically sent to the kitchen. Customers can also easily take advantage of their points and promotions.
Streamlined kiosks, no EFTPOS and less maintenance
Themodern, streamlined design of FOX kiosks with contactless payment integrated at the bottom of the screen appealed to Barak. The absence of a TPE greatly simplifies maintenance: no rollers to change, no paper jams or untimely USB disconnections.
Easy toinstall: a plug is all you need
Installationwas quick and intuitive: a power socket is all you need for the bollard to work. Installation is simple and accessible, guided with video tutorials where necessary. The kiosks work with WiFi, and the wall mounts and counter brackets blend in perfectly with the decor and flow of the two restaurants.
