How the chain manages peak traffic more effectively and boosts additional sales without compromising the fun experience inherent in its concept.

Who is Yogurt Factory?

Since 2012, Yogurt Factory has been making gourmands melt with its 0% MG yogurt ice cream and unlimited toppings. The brand has expanded its sweet universe with smoothies, milkshakes, bubble teas and Liège waffles.

In a colorful world, each customer makes up his or her own ice cream, adding the toppings of their choice for a fun, personalized and Instagrammable experience.

Frozen Yogurt has enjoyed dazzling growth, with 85 outlets in France, Belgium, Luxembourg and French-speaking Africa. The brand is preparing for its arrival in Asia, with strong ambitions, aiming for over 200 points of sale.

  • Absorb more traffic during peak periods to generate more sales
  • Increase the average basket by automating suggestions for additional products
  • Lighten team workloads and streamline order-taking and checkout processes
  • Preserving the fun experience of toppings and customer contact

‍YogurtFactory chose Tabesto: "you were the reference on the kiosk market after exchanging with other chains satisfied with the solution". A POC at the first point of sale validated the concept, before gradual deployment at other outlets.

Additional sales boost the average basket
Where teams may lack the time to suggest extras, kiosks systematically do just that. The fully-configurable suggestions encourage customers to add extra products. The average basket has jumped by 15-20% compared with outlets without kiosks.
