Challenge: Stimulate the chain's additional sales
Before the arrival of the kiosks, Tacos Avenue was looking to relieve overcrowding at its checkouts, streamline service and boost additional sales, which were not at all promoted in the majority of outlets:

Tacos Avenue has always wanted to stay one step ahead, whether in the evolution of its menu or in the adoption of new technologies.
Shortly after COVID, the chain installed its first Tabesto kiosks and, as time went on, gradually equipped the majority of its restaurants with 2 to 4 FOX kiosks.

Tacos Avenue was impressed by the sleek design of the FOX kiosk, with its integrated contactless payment system. No Eftpos terminals or printers. No more rolls to change or paper jams in the middle of service. Its 22-inch screen is ideal: not too big, not too small. Installation is simple: a power outlet, WiFi... and off you go. The terminal rarely bugs, and the screen never freezes.
Additional sales boost average ticket
Thecustomer journey is fluid and thought out for both the customer and the restaurant. Tacos Avenue personalizes the automatic suggestions to highlight its formulas, desserts like Tiramisu Bueno or "little extras" like fries and nuggets. Thanks to the kiosks, the average ticket is +20% higher than at the counter in 2024.
Asmoother, more productive service
Queuesare reduced and customers fully empowered to take their orders. Teams are freed up from the counter and can concentrate on preparation and the quality of welcome and service.
Anintegration with Zelty (checkout) and Hey Pongo (Loyalty)
TacosAvenue manages its terminal menus directly from Zelty, and tickets are sent directly to the kitchen. Pongo loyalty is available from the start of the order process, so that customers can accumulate or take advantage of their points.
